The magazine had a "significant" 19.2% increase in readership to December last year. According to Neisen Media Research, Weekend Gardener gained another 19,000 readers in 2006.
Weekend Gardener was the only magazine or weekly newspaper in the country to gain a "significant" increase in readership last year.
